“The PGPM program is intense and demanding, but also very enriching! At SP Jain, Mumbai, the concept of teamwork and partnership was at the heart of my experience. I also opted for an International internship at Germany and the experience of working with the MB tech (Mercedes-Benz technology),was one of a kind. We studied with International students at ESB, Reutlingen and completed courses in leadership and Entrepreneurship.

This gave me an international perspective that shapes my approach to tackling the everyday issues I deal with as a manager. Over the course of the program, pooling different perspectives from our batch enabled us to grasp the problem from several angles, which enriched everyone's individual contributions. That, to me, is one of great strengths of the PGPM program."

“SPJIMR provided me with a broad based business background that prepared me to handle pressure situations better and allowed me to devise and find holistic solutions to problems. The diverse backgrounds (both educational and professional) of the peer group made for lively real world and enriching discussions. It ensured that I get the much required exposure to various industries and functions to succeed and move further in my professional life. The resulting contacts and friendships are invaluable. Overall it was an exciting journey which would now be continued beyond the classroom."

“The PGPM program is well structured to meet the needs of the experienced professional. It is a perfect balance of theoretical course content and classroom discussions. It helped me view business management in a whole new light due to the way in which the experienced faculty conducted each classroom session. It also filled gaps in my understanding of functions like Finance, Cost Accounting, HR, etc. Moreover, peer-learning plays an important role in learning, as the batch included diverse and extremely ambitious individuals, yearning to contribute in every discussion.”
