Small size of the batch gives participants the opportunity to really know their classmates and their professors and to develop lasting relationships. A tailored curriculum based on the desired role and domain helps each participant to map their learning to their focused career plan. Each participant gets groomed for leadership readiness in the industry. Each participant is provided personalized leadership training with a view towards practicality and reality. The faculty of the institute involved with this programme bring with them diverse academic background and invaluable industry experience. Eminent guest lecturers from the industry also visit the institute frequently to interact with the participants. They provide deep insight into the business environment and valuable management learning from their rich experiences. The batch of 85 participants consists of 32 in the Information Management stream, 23 in the Operations Management stream, 17 in the Marketing stream and 13 in the Finance stream.
